3D printing is a technology that evolves constantly and continuously provides solutions to design and production issues faced not only on Earth but also in Space.

Participants learn about the applications of 3D printing technology in Space, such as 3D printing tools and spare parts, as well as 3D printing mini satellites that travel through space collecting information.

They also learn about the possible future usage of a 3D printer at the International Space Station (ISS). Then, they take measurements of a mini satellite (Cubesat), they create three-dimensional models of it, and they learn how to edit them in order to be able to print them on a 3D printer.

The workshop is conducted in the Greek language.
