Let’s explore the world of programming through the Scratch environment, where we can create unique games using programming blocks. In this series of workshops, we'll create our own platformer game.

First, using the design tools, we'll create unique levels, characters, and animations so that the characters can change their appearance during the game. We'll add obstacles as well as items that the player will need to collect. Next, we will program the player to move and interact appropriately with the other objects in the game, such as the target objects that will guide him to the next level. Finally, we'll have the opportunity to publish and share our games with others.

Our goals? Through programming our characters, to learn about variables, operators, and programming structures such as loops and conditional statements. Let's enhance our design skills by creating our own models. Let's practice our algorithmic thinking through the sequence of commands we'll give our characters. Our tools? Of course, the programming blocks, our creativity, and our boundless imagination. The result? Our very own platformer game!
