Use of the online ticket issuance service via the Eugenides Foundation (EF) website implies full knowledge and acceptance of these terms, the website’s terms of use, the EF’s general terms and conditions, and the privacy and personal data protection policy, as published or updated from time to time on the EF’s website and currently in effect.
The online ticket sales service was created to serve you quickly and efficiently. The following terms are intended to help you understand the ticket-purchasing process, your obligations, and your rights with respect to EF. If you have any questions, please contact us. The terms and conditions for online ticket issuance include the Website Terms of Use, the ticketing policy, and the privacy policy, which are posted on the website www.eef.edu.gr. Each ticket you purchase serves as your admission to the specific event or program and is also subject to any terms and conditions printed on it.
Online Ticket Issuance – Payment Methods – Transaction Currency
Payment for Products and Services available through the IE website is made exclusively by charging the user’s credit and/or debit card, and transactions are conducted exclusively in euros (€, EUR). EF reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Users can purchase tickets online through the website www.eef.edu.gr using: (a) credit, debit, and prepaid cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners, and (b) the MasterPass digital wallet.

Purchase Confirmation
If a purchase confirmation message does not appear on the website after you submit your information to complete your payment, or if an error message appears or the service is interrupted while submitting your information, it is your responsibility to contact EF to find out whether your transaction was completed or not. EF accepts no liability for any financial or other loss you may incur in the event that, for any reason, you do not receive confirmation of your purchase and payment.
Ticket Delivery, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Tickets are sent via email to the email address you provided during the online purchase process.
Upon arrival at EF , you must have with you—either as a printout or on your mobile device—the ticket you received via email when your transaction was completed, so that you can present it to the staff member on duty.
Transaction Completion Receipt
The customer can print or save the transaction completion receipt displayed on the screen, as well as send an image or a PDF file of this screen. This receipt is NOT an admission ticket. To participate in the EF's activities, you must present your electronic ticket.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Before purchasing your tickets, please make sure you have selected the correct date, time, and event for your visit, as once your transaction is complete, refunds or ticket changes are possible only under certain conditions.
Specifically:
- For all events in the public area (excluding public workshops), ticket cancellations are permitted up until the start time of the event and must be processed in person at the Foundation’s box office.
- For workshops in the public zone, ticket cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the event and must be made in person at the Foundation’s box office.
- For workshop series in the public zone, ticket cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the first workshop in the series and must be made in person at the Foundation’s box office.
In all three of the above cases, refunds are processed as follows:
-If the original transaction—the purchase of the tickets—was made at the ticket window, either in cash or via POS, the refund will be issued in cash by the cashier.
-If the original transaction—the purchase of the tickets—was made online, the refund will be issued to the card used for the original charge.
-For online workshops and workshop series, cancellations are not permitted after purchase.
Transaction Security
For all payments made using cards, the user’s personal data (card/account number) is processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” operated by Alpha Bank, which uses TLS version 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol.
All transactions you conduct through the Eugenides Foundation’s website are governed by international and European law, which governs matters related to e-commerce, as well as by the Consumer Protection Law, which governs matters related to distance selling.
EF retains users' contact information solely for the purpose of sending updates regarding its activities and for sending tickets and receipts for ticket purchases. Acceptance of Terms of Use During the Transaction
Before proceeding to the bank's payment page, the customer agrees to these terms, the website's terms of use, the privacy policy, and the ticket policy.
Limitation of Liability
All transactions you conduct through the EF Website are governed by international and European law, which governs matters related to e-commerce, as well as by the Consumer Protection Act, which governs matters related to distance sales.
EF is not liable to users for any damages that may arise from the non-fulfillment or delayed fulfillment of their order, and reserves the right to adjust seat availability in cases of force majeure. In any case, the EF will take all appropriate measures to ensure that users are promptly notified of the unavailability of seats. EF assumes no liability for any unavailability of the system, nor does it guarantee the uninterrupted, accurate, and error-free provision of the service.
Privacy Policy
For the purpose of providing services to users, the EF maintains and processes a database containing user data exclusively and solely when necessary. The Eugenides Foundation retains users’ contact information solely for the purpose of sending updates regarding its activities and for sending tickets and receipts for ticket purchases.

Declaration of Consent
Use of the Electronic Ticket Issuance Service implies the user’s unconditional consent to receive, by any technical means (email, text message, etc.) messages regarding the issuance of their ticket.
