These website terms of use (hereinafter “the Terms of Use”) govern the use of the website owned and operated by the Eugenides Foundation (hereinafter “the Eugenides Foundation” or “EF”), which is headquartered at 387 Syggrou Avenue, Palaio Faliro, Attica, ZIP Code 17564. The EF Website is accessible at http://www.eef.edu.gr (hereinafter “the Website”) by its users (hereinafter “the User”).
The use by the visitor/User (hereinafter “User”) of the content of the website www.eef.edu.gr, all rights to which are owned by the Eugenides Foundation (hereinafter “EF”) is subject to the User’s unconditional agreement to the following terms of use, which apply to all content, pages, graphics, images, photographs, and files included on the Website.
Therefore, the User must read these terms carefully before using the site, and if the User does not agree to them, the User must not use the content. Users are required and encouraged to check the website's content for any changes. Continued use even after any changes have been made constitutes the User’s unconditional acceptance of these terms.
By using the Website alone, it is presumed that the User has read, fully and unconditionally understood and accepted the Terms of Use and that they will be bound by them on each visit to the Website.

Logos, brand names, trademarks, and distinctive features included on the Website are the property of EF and/or the persons identified as the owners of the relevant rights on the Website, and are protected in accordance with applicable industrial and intellectual property laws. Any third-party copyrighted works that may appear on the Website have been included in good faith and for informational purposes. It goes without saying that they will be removed if the beneficiaries so request.
License Agreement
The Institute encourages the private use of the content on its website for personal information, as well as its use for educational or research purposes. Use within the context of a business, a government agency, or an organization does not constitute private use. Reproduction or storage of individual pages or data is permitted solely for educational or research purposes, provided that their source on the Website is cited and the names of the authors are mentioned (if they appear on the Website) and provided that the relevant industrial or intellectual property rights are not infringed in any way.

Newsletters
The EF website provides newsletters to users who wish to receive them, provided they have previously given their consent and filled out the relevant form with certain personal information, which is subject to the privacy and personal data protection policy. In this way, they are added to the mailing lists (e.g., newsletters, press releases, etc.), without this in any way implying that they acquire any copyright, which is in any case protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European and international conventions, and belong exclusively to the EF. It is at the discretion of the EF whether or not to subscribe in this service, as well as to remove any interested party from the service.
Any User who wishes to receive the EF newsletter (newsletter) from the EF must fill out the special form on the Website with their full name and email address. The Foundation stores and processes this data for the purpose of communicating with and serving its audience, as well as informing the public and implementing and improving its programs, programs, and services—whether developed independently or in collaboration with other organizations—and to provide information regarding the education of young people in the scientific and technical fields. Under no circumstances, however, does the EF guarantee, and consequently is not liable (including for negligence), for any damage that may be caused to the User through the use of the Website. Furthermore, it bears no liability for compensation for any damages (actual or consequential, which may include, but are not limited to, loss of profits, data, lost profits, etc.) or monetary compensation to users of the Website or third parties arising from any cause related to the operation or non-operation of the Website, any failure to provide information made available through it, or any unauthorized third-party interference with information made available through it. User-Submitted Content
When EF, through its Website, gives users the option—where provided—to publish their own content, whether in connection with the submission of applications or any other form of communication, it reserves the right to review such content
and prevent the publication of material that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, offensive, obscene, scandalous, blackmailing, or any other material that could be considered illegal, give rise to legal liability, or otherwise violate the law. In the event that content such as the above comes to the attention of EF, it shall reserve the right to remove it or refrain from publishing it without notice or any other form of communication.
Users acknowledge the right of the EF to review and approve the material they submit before it is published on its website. EF has the right (but not the obligation) to review, approve, reject, or delete content submitted by users on its Website, and such decisions are not subject to any review process.

Every user who posts content hereby declares and unconditionally agrees that:

These Terms of Use are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
