EPISODE PLOT
The fifth episode of the series *Scientists Who Made a Difference for Humanity* is dedicated to Albert Einstein.
The podcast describes key moments from his life as well as two of the most important theories he contributed to the world: the Special Theory of Relativity and the General Theory of Relativity.
The second, together with quantum physics, laid the foundations of modern physics. With these theories, Einstein opened up new avenues in science—uncharted until then—sparking a scientific revolution that continues to this day.
Awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921, Einstein is considered one of humanity's most important scientists.
