The farther into space we aim to go, the greater the risks and challenges we will face. The new digital show “The Future in Space,” following a historical overview of the effort to “conquer” the Moon, seeks to answer some fascinating questions related to the future of space exploration. Will we ever build space stations on the Moon and Mars? When will the first crewed mission to the Red Planet take place, and what challenges does it face? Will we ever manage to escape the narrow confines of our solar system, or will interstellar travel remain the stuff of science fiction forever?
