Students observe the basic characteristics of the cell, and through the study of human anatomical systems, they learn to relate structure to function.
A series of carefully selected experiments is set to bring the biology lesson from the desks to the lecture hall and from the textbook to life, right before the students’ eyes.
Starting with the observation and study of a single cell, we discover the levels of hierarchical organization of life and compare cells and biological systems. We study the anatomy of the human body, learning about its basic functions, we relate the structure of cells to their function, and we focus on the role, structure, and function of the circulatory and nervous systems.
Can we invade a cell? How are blood types identified? Is it possible to trick our senses? Can music affect our sense of taste? Find answers to these and other questions in an interactive and engaging way.
