The diploma ceremony for participants in the hydrocarbon plant technician program—funded by Motor Oil (Hellas) and supported by scholarships from the Eugenides Foundation, with the Eugenides Foundation responsible for the educational implementation and coordination.

The initiative concluded with the participation of young people who invested time and effort in acquiring specialized technical knowledge and skills, confirming the importance of collaboration between education and industry in creating meaningful career opportunities.

Addressing the graduates, the Director of the Eugenides Foundation, Prof. Ioannis Golias noted:

"In this training program, we saw young people who were truly dedicated to their training." And it's not simple. After work, spend your afternoons here until late, with the goal of gaining knowledge and skills and exploring new opportunities.

We’ve seen instructors—experienced engineers from the industry—change the way we older students learn—and change themselves in the process—in order to support you. Thank you all for participating, and thank you to Motor Oil for its cooperation. Never stop learning, growing, and adapting. "The Foundation will continue to invest in training programs."

The 120-hour program included theoretical training and practical simulation of industrial processes, providing participants with practical familiarity with the operating procedures and safety protocols of a modern refinery.

This initiative is a prime example of a partnership between an educational institution and industry, aimed at strengthening skills, professional integration, and the continuous improvement of technical education in the country.

The graduates expressed their satisfaction with the quality of the education, the practical aspect of the program, and the ability to directly link knowledge to the real needs of the job market, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives for their professional future.
