Eleni Tsalangahas been working at the Library since 1990 and is a graduate of the Department of Library Science at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. She has also worked at the library of the Maragopoulos Foundation for Human Rights and has organized several private collections.

Eleni participates in the selection of materials for the renewal of the Library's collections and is responsible for processing them (cataloging, subject analysis, classification). It also coordinates all activities in the Lending, Information, and Remote Customer Service departments—via telephone, email, etc.

She always remembers and strives to follow the advice of her first supervisor, Ms. Claire Lentari, which also reflects the long-standing philosophy of the Foundation’s librarians: “Make sure no one leaves the library disappointed with the service you provide.” "Even if you don't have the material they're looking for, think about it and direct them to a source where they can find it.".

This is the person who will greet you most of the time when you visit the Library.
