The Executive Committee consists of three members, who serve in an unpaid capacity. The current Rector of the National Technical University of Athens participates in the committee ex officio.

The Governing Board meets on a regular basis and is responsible for the administration and management of the Foundation, making decisions that define the Foundation’s general guidelines and course of action, with full authority to oversee, administer, and manage the Foundation’s assets, affairs, and interests for the fulfillment of its public-benefit purpose, in accordance with the provisions of the will of the national benefactor Eugenios Eugenides. From 1999 to the present, the Governing Committee may grant specific and particular authorizations concerning the representation of the Foundation, the exercise of its administrative functions, and the implementation of its decisions, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
