The administration and management of the Eugenides Foundation are carried out by the Governing Board, the Foundation’s highest administrative and managerial body. With a view to fulfilling the Foundation’s public-benefit mission, the Governing Board makes decisions that ensure, through the sound management and utilization of its assets, the long-term continuation of its charitable work.
Within the scope of its responsibilities, the Governing Committee may grant specific and detailed authorizations regarding the representation of the Foundation, the exercise of its administrative functions, and the implementation of its decisions, while retaining institutional responsibility. Starting in 2024, following authorization by the Governing Committee, administrative duties have been carried out by Professor Ioannis Golias, former Rector of the National Technical University of Athens.
