To design it, program it, and see how a vehicle “thinks” using Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Autonomous Systems?

The Eugenides Foundation presents an innovative new program consisting of four independent cycles, each with five hands-on workshops packed with action, technology, and creativity.
Each cycle brings you closer to the dream: to build, program, and watch your own vehicle drive itself — just like a real autonomous car!

What you’ll do during the cycles:

  • Design and assemble your robotic vehicle, learning the fundamentals of mechanics and electronics.
  • Get hands-on experience with ESP32-CAM and understand how a camera-computer “sees.”
  • Program movements and remotely control your car in real time via the internet.
  • Use Label Studio and train AI models with YOLO to recognize traffic signs, lights, and pedestrians.
  • Learn how to evaluate model accuracy and improve its “vision.”
  • Work with the CoppeliaSim simulator, applying collision avoidance, distance estimation, and navigation techniques.
  • Explore pathfinding algorithms (DFS, BFS, Dijkstra, A*) and discover how robots “think,” while building your own rule-based systems using Experta in Python.
  • Test your system on real tracks and take part in demo competitions!
