Our main concern is to keep visitors as well as employees safe, complying with all measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The Eugenides Foundation complies with all the appropriate safety and protection measures against the spread of COVID-19, as defined by the Greek Health Authorities.

During your visit to the Eugenides Foundation, please note the following:

- The use of a mask is mandatory at all areas of the Eugenides Foundation throughout your visit.

- Upon arrival, a contactless thermometer measurement is conducted.

- Visitors must maintain the required distance of 2 meters from each other.

- The issuance of an electronic ticket is obligatory.

- Liquid hand antiseptic is available around the premises of the Foundation.

Additionally:

When entering the Eugenides Foundation, all visitors are obligated to show one of the following:

For visitors over the age of 12

[a] COVID-19 vaccine certificate (14 days must have passed from its completion) or

[b] COVID-19 recovery certificate issued 30 days after testing positive. The certificate is considered valid for at most 180 days after the initial positive result

as well as their identification (id, passport, driver’s license etc.).

For visitors aged 4-11

Visitors aged 4-11 years old can enter by showing negative test documentation (PCR/Molecular within 72 hours prior to the visit, rapid within 48 hours prior to the visit or self-test 24 hours prior to the visit demonstrated by the parent or guardian.)

Concerning your visit to the New Digital Planetarium:

Total capacity does not exceed eighty five percent (85%), 217 visitors. (Only seated)

Concerning your visit to the Science and Technology Center:

Total capacity does not exceed:

- 100 visitors in the auditorium
- 10 visitors in the workshop area
- 25 visitors on each floor of the Interactive Exhibition

Group visits: Up to ten (10) visitors, unless they are families (spouses / cohabitants and children).

Concerning your visit to the exhibition “Run onto the waves of the formidable sea" 1821. The War at Sea

Group visits: Up to ten (10) visitors, unless they are families (spouses / cohabitants and children).

Concerning your visit to the Library:

The Library of the Eugenides Foundation continues to provide all its services remotely. Concerning the lending services, users can schedule appointments to visit our premises by phone, tel: 210 9469631, or email: lib@eef.edu.gr. At the present time, it is preferred that the public is assisted by Library staff at the entrance of the Foundation. For this reason, we ask our readers who will use our lending services to choose the books they want prior to contacting us for an appointment.

For your convenience, we remind you that you can search for books in the Library’s online catalogue, here. Also, our staff, as always, is available for any help you may need.

For new member registrations, the relevant form will be sent by email from the Library, and must be completed, signed and returned electronically. The Library lending terms and conditions can be found here.

Reading rooms, computers, photocopiers and bookstands are closed for the public.

Concerning your visit to the UTech Lab:

In workshop areas the maximum number of visitors is 8.
